Not too long from now, you will be able to connect to Data Sets created in Power BI unloaded to the service with any reporting or visualization tool. Instead of using Analysis Services, one could create the model in Power BI, deploy to PowerBI.com service and let others have a read only connection to the model.

This enables multiple users to access the same model and not re-design something already done in any tool.

The enterprise systems should still look at Azure Analysis Services or On-Premises SSAS for corporate wide solutions, but there will be a tendency to move those models to Power BI service.
